Terrible, deplorable customer service. They can't stand behind thier products. I had a faulty vape cartridge, and they said that it's been too long (two weeks, with original receipt. TWO WEEKS). They also said that because I made a return in the past, they won't do it again. The fact is, I bought it there, it was faulty, and I had a genuine receipt. This is just absolutely piss poor, shoddy service.
Everytime I buy a lighter I test it out briefly to assess the flame. As usual I did this. The flame was on small side, so I spent NO MORE than 2.5 seconds assessing it, deciding if it would be suitable. The counter lady got pissy about this because I "wasn't leaving enough fluid for the next guy." I thought it was absolutely ridiculous but I just said "sorry." I did the same thing with the next lighter, but only held it down for a fraction of a second. I didn't want any further ridiculous comments, so I just said "whatever, I guess I'll take this one." Well it turns out that this one was even worse than the first. I just wanted to get out of there and not have to deal with this lady, so now I have an ineffectual lighter. You would think that a head shop would have more variety than one single, cheap option. I've still got a bad taste in my mouth from that experience. 2.5 seconds? Really, lady? Outrageous! I'm not the slightest bit impressed. How much gas could that possibly amount to? Especially since it had a pathetically weak flame that would have consumed negligi ..

Gave me a recommendation and I tried it.

Girl with long black curly hair. Literally no greeting, just stood there. When I told them what I wanted they looked at me blankly, checked the drawer and told me they were out of stock. When I asked if they had anything else by that brand she seemed annoyed that I was asking.

The staff here is so friendly and helpful. I have my favorites, but overall the previous manager hired great people who go over and above
