As somebody that has not smoked in years, I asked if there was something mild they sent me home with something that floored me and my wife over prescribed the manager, very condescending and rude, not happy with the service they should be advising and helping people as well
terrible experience…jolene who served me was wonderful, but the manager present was inappropriate and rude. i was not impressed with the professionalism on his behalf. i will not be returning.
As someone who is typically nervous going into these establishments because I do not have a lot of cannabis knowledge, the staff went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable. They were professional, personable, and made the entire experience a pleasurable one. I have now found my go-to spot. Great work everyone!
Love the staff, selection and quality of products. Justin is always a lot of fun, very informative, as inclusive as they come, he's sweet to literally everyone, even when he was the downtown manager and there were disreputable customers causing trouble, he was ALWAYS nice and professional! They company is very lucky to have him
Manager only helps out young women when he wants to, doesn't help men. Makes gross comments about women in front of customers, have heard him say some pretty racist stuff as well
Also think it's very funny the manager now has his friends doing damage control in the reviews, he was this bad at the downtown store too.
