I can't say enough great things about my experience here. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team that was genuinely friendly, welcoming, and focused on making sure I had the best possible experience.

Employee working this evening was extremely rude towards me as soon as I walked in because I didn't have ID on me. I have a photo of it on my phone which has been fine when I'm getting pulled over but apparently not to enter and ask a QUESTION, which is ALL I went in there for. DO BETTER. I get why the ID is asked for, I'm not stupid, but I wasn't purchasing anything I just had a question to ask and then my husband was going to go later and make a purchase… I guess we'll take our business elsewhere. We're fairly new to Brantford and so far and I thought going to a highly rated dispensary for the first time in this town would be a little different.
I go to the casino and don't get ID, but to ask a question apparently you need one?
Ps. I have tattoos all over me … I'm mid 30s, and I look it…. So don't try to be smart. She was nasty towards a customer, which is what my concern is about.
I'm beyond annoyed, what ever happened to customer service ? SHAME ON YOU LADY.
