Very rude manager that works there. Guy with the tattoos on his neck and the glasses.
My husband asked a question about something, and he looked at him and said I domt have time to answer this, and told us we were asking to many questions. I asked for the higher up managers phone number to complain but he refused and argued with me. Will never go back here, or recommend this place to anyone.
Always friendly! Great selection, awesome member benefits, and the bud tenders have never steered me wrong.
Today i stopped in to find a relaxing smoke, something to enjoy after a stress filled week. The gentleman who helped me was very honest and suggested something. I must say I am one of the pickiest smokers, seriously. FiGR Kandy cake pre-roll was just what i needed to complete my Friday night.
I had such a great experience at this store, thanks to Monik. She was incredibly kind, patient, and knowledgeable. I had previously struggled with gummies that made my anxiety worse instead of helping, and she really took the time to understand my situation.
She explained the differences between products in a way that actually made sense, and recommended something that worked perfectly for me. I truly felt listened to and cared for, which made all the difference.
If you're visiting this shop, I highly recommend asking for Monik—she's honestly the best. Her level of expertise and customer service is outstanding. She absolutely deserves recognition (and in my opinion, should be managing if she isn't already!).
been going to this dispo for a few years now & its definitely one of my favourites in barrie, the staff are so nice & super helpful & informative whenever i have questions & i love the deals as well as the sparks program which is a kool way to earn & get money off on future purchases. definitely one of my fave dispos to go to in barrie ◡̈
