I went to return a defective CBD/CBG cartridge within the specified week listed on the return policy, and was told that the product was not defective. I showed proof that the cartridge was defective, and I was denied a reimbursement.
A simple call to my credit card got me the refund I was looking for; and a call with the zone cannabis representative (who is going above and beyond in terms of customer service) confirmed the malfunctioning of the cartridge and offered great navigation on next steps.
Four20 provided a VERY poor adherence to an already lacking return policy. As someone who enjoyed shopping here, I'm sad to say that my business is being taken elsewhere.
I did not know this outlet was even here I popped in shortly after the store had opened. Inquired with the young sales associate when they had open the location. He was very polite and answered my questions. The store is well laid out and very well lit. Friendly staff.

Awesome staff , came in cause I needed to stick up after just travelling from Ontario with nothing but a lighter these guys hooked me up and got me started again over here. A lot of items were out of stock but her quickly made sure I knew I was getting the best of what hey had left which i appreciate being a long time smoker. Will return

Absolutely incredible store! It has a wonderful atmosphere with lots of product on display and a tablet to browse what's in! Store vibes are immaculate, very clean and amazing staff! We had Paris help us, she was incredibly knowledgeable, chill and kind, she knew her stuff and was more than willing to help out, I highly recommend this store!
