The guy there, August? I think? is worth 5 stars, the store as a whole, 4 stars.
Went to go pick up some product, one guy was having trouble with his card, me and another customer there. Asks me if I'm ready, I tell him I am, grabs my stuff, then proceeds to ask the other people behind me if they're ready as well. He then grabs there stuff checks them out, then goes back to the original guy who's card was messed up, and then me, the guy who was ready first, sit there like a clown and wait. Horrendous customer service, will not return
Lost 2 customers today. Staff should learn to treat their loyal regulars with more respect. Taking my money elsewhere.
My brother went in there yesterday for weed, And recieved the worst customer service care you could receive. Was made to feel unwelcome . When wanting to hear selection and prices , the lady was annoyed and said she didn't have time . And was in the middle of a meeting . Needless to say . My brother won't return . Neither will Mt husband and I. Prices are great . Service is God awful.
