I've always had a great experience at this store and want to give a shoutout to Muhammed. He's super friendly, helpful, and makes the whole process easy.
What stands out is how he really listens and gives thoughtful suggestions without being pushy. Even when it gets busy, he stays positive and makes sure everyone is taken care of.
Employees like Muhammed make a big difference—definitely deserves some recognition, i figure...
I got a great service and I think his name is Muhammad! He was kind, knowledgeable, and very attentive. I really appreciate his help and would definitely recommend him.
I have been attending this particular location for a couple of years now, it's close to where I live and/or on the way to the C-train.
The manager is amazing, friendly and highly knowledgeable.
Two of his bud-tenders have REALLY stood out as friendly and very knowledgeable as well, Kyle and Jaedyn. Each interaction with either of these two was fantastic. Each time I leave, after dealing with them, has left a very positive effect on me.
Mohammed and Kyle are fantastic! amazing customer service, very knowledgeable and excellent recommendations. Shopping here has been the best experience in a cannabis store in a long time. The store was very well stocked, clean and not overwhelming in the slightest. I will definitely be shopping here more frequently and recommending to others!
