Amazing customer service, the staffs name was Tyla. She helped me find exactly what I needed and I felt comfortable asking questions. Very friendly and welcoming and knowledgeable.

I'm a regular here and usually have a great experience, but my visit with Tyla was incredibly frustrating. She checked my ID twice, asked if I had an account twice, and kept questioning if I actually wanted the product I had already picked out. Then she even had to ask if my battery was still good after I'd already confirmed everything. It felt like she wasn't present or was intentionally being difficult. I just wanted a simple transaction, but this was a total lack of competence.
