Seth is great, friendly, and knowledgeable on the product offerings. He helped me stay within my budget, and utilize my points for further benefits and discounts. The points accumulate quickly and you almost always get a percentage off regular product.

Service used to be better. I'm told I don't get a discount after years of being a regular customer here because of a computer glitch? No apology. Because of this I will not support this company when there's plenty of competition around the block. They rather watch cartoons on tv than be a professional store like it used to be. Now it's looks very unprofessional with drawings all over and cartoons playing on a tv.
