Great place. Great staff. Always had great interactions with staff except one time and owner/manager called and rectified the situation which was much appreciated. Overall a great experience everytime.

I had the misfortune of stopping by this store on my way home and unfortunately had a very negative experience. A staff member named Missey was extremely unprofessional in her conduct. When I asked a few simple questions, she responded in a dismissive manner, sighing and appearing visibly irritated. The overall attitude was unwelcoming and inappropriate for a customer-facing role.
I understand that everyone can have an off day, but after reading other reviews, it seems this may be a pattern rather than an isolated incident. My experience was consistent with those concerns.
What was particularly concerning was being told directly, "complain to whoever you want, I won't get disciplined, I get people fired." That kind of statement is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the business as a whole.
I will not be returning and will choose other locations instead. I did not purchase anything as a company like this with staff like that dont deserve my business.
Friendly knowledgeable staff! Downloaded the spark app and got lots of discounts! Love the environment. Clean and pet friendly!!!
