usually it's great experience for the most part but just one guy just behave a lil rude or sort of have an attitude for some reason whenever I go. I don't know why
The sales clerk raised her voice at me when I didn't bring my ID, and she looked at me with an unpleasant expression. She spoke loudly as if I was doing something terribly wrong. She's the seller. I'm the buyer. If she doesn't sell, then I can't buy—such a simple matter. I only asked one question: the previous times I was here, no one asked me for my ID, so I didn't pay attention. Yet she accused me of trying to force her to sell to me. Ridiculous. There are 4 stores in Cold Lake and thousands of online shops where I can buy.
What's more, when I returned with my ID, she still repeated the same thing with a critical and unpleasant tone. I can only think that perhaps she must have a truly unhappy and messy life, which makes her always act like a victim.
Note: The 4star is for all the staffs there, for a year , they always treat me so well. Also, I don't want the store to be affected because of one person; that would be unfair to the business owner and the other employees.
Im from Edmonton, terrible customer service from male teller, he was totally unreasonable and unwilling to help. Would definitely suggest going to Canna Cabana where staff was helpful.
The team here is fantastic! Always great energy and have amazing products and even better prices!
