Could not be happier with the service I received here. I came in with a mountain of questions and Atlas answered every single one with the utmost care. He truly went above and beyond, and he really knew his stuff! If I'd recommend any representative at Fire and Flower it would be him a hundred times! Excellent customer service!
Atlas and Nichole were amassing and so friendly. Atlas went absolutely above and beyond with his customer service and I will definitely be coming back :)
I had been in multiple times in the past being told I needed to sign up for the rewards program by myself. Today Jeremiah was in and was a great listener, welcoming and took his time with me. He went beyond to sign me up personally. As a busy mom I was appreciative of taking the extra step for customers.
... I'm old-school enough that I hate that I have to officially attach my name to a cannabis....
But it can no longer go unmentioned...
THE STAFF HERE ARE UNREAL. All staff, everywhere should take this locations example.
ANY TIME I HAVE QUESTIONS ... They inform me of a plethora of more things I had no idea about!
Nicole is a legend. Give her a raise. Give her more hours. She got me onto concentrates and drinks - been a "flower" smoker my whole life.
Thank you for opening my eyes to the greatness of concentrates.
I go out of my way to attend this location because I appreciate the service here... On average.. I DO NOT like people - they make me not hate humans... I think that's a win.

I really appreciate the way that Fire & Flower employees treat me, they are very nice at Jackson Heights location. I often order online and pickup at store. They do have delivery too tho! The awesome inventory has been a great reason to keep going back.
