This used to be the store I went to all the time. I had chosen this store because it was old style customer service. Made you feel like they wanted your business. The staff used to be fantastic. But unfortunate, the new staff isn't so fantastic. I came to this store twice a week, but I no longer come when certain staff is working. The new staff unlike the old ones, let's me walk out without finding an alternative. Where the old staff would have found one for me. You went from great to being just like every other pot store. And before this I would have given a 5 star rating.
This location is amazing 10/10 shout out to Arianna she's the best, will definitely be returning thanks to her! The store was so clean and the whole team genuinely knows their stuff. It's nice to not have to rely on the menus since everyone knows how to get you what you want/like. If you're looking for good service while trying to get your weed go to clareview!
Every time I come into this store the staff are so welcoming and friendly. They give great suggestions when I'm not sure and the descriptions are on point. They really make you feel good by taking the time to remember your name. Honestly the best staff in the city. I was only able to remember some of their names myself, I apologize. Keyshawana, Mckendra, Max, Indy, the person that does the dry erase board (I'm so sorry I forgot your name) but honestly all of them are amazing!
Had a fantastic experience at this shop when I came in this weekend. Was feeling super indecisive, but Key was very patient and helpful. Just brought the amazing vibes and knowledge, makes you wanna only shop with Fire & Flower!
I love this store! Especially Key, she is always smiling and so so very kind. Helps me stay in my budget and gives me the best service! I absolutely love seeing her when I come in. You guys rock!
