Awesome service the employees are friendly and helpful with selections. A great vibe all around
This is a great place to buy cannabis. They recycle returned bags, which I think it great, they have a large selection of products, and most impressively, they have a person named Elora who is extremely knowledgable, efficient, helpful, and friendly. Thank you Fire and Flower!
My new favourite cannabis shop. The staff is extremely friendly and very knowledgeable. Good selection, great deals and the staff is always willing to help you find/figure out what you are looking for. Customer for life.
Really dislike the customer service at this location. First time was fine enough but went there on Saturday Feb 28th and the customer service was terrible. Budtender openly judged my choice of brand. However the "top tier" stuff he sold me was horrible. Lied about the price. And the "better quality" stuff he sold me was not at all what he said it would be. Back 40 was good but not as advertised. And the indica, which was less then I wanted which he assured me was amazing was like it was grown in a ditch and made my mouth tingle and itch. Absolutely awful. He also bragged about selling drugs on the black market and did not ID. I will never be back.
Based on this response, I will not be. I was pressured into buying something I didn't want that gave me an allergic reaction and the best you can do is "oh I'll talk to the staff". Based on what another Fire and Flower location was willing to do after I told them about this, this was absolutely not enough of a response.
