Had to return a non-functioning vape I purchased last week and had a pretty negative customer experience from Jesse S. He was quite short with me, cutting me off mid-sentence, and not answering my questions. I was asking about a product I was recommended by a previous staff, "Ozone? Proton? Orbital? Something like that?" And he just goes "nope." At one point I asked if he was doing okay cause I figured he must be havin a rough day or something, he says "me? I'm perfectly fine." On my way out he says I should be looking up information on Reddit to find info 😂
Dalton wasnt informative at all and wasnt listening to the products I was asking for just kept recommending me to spend more when I said I had a budget. Please make sure workers are well versed in the products you are selling!
i love coming in but im truly sad they transferred Atlas, it was always a delight to speak to them. She always was able to answer any questions i have, and sometimes i make the trip just to see her! At least this location is walkable :)
Super friendly staff, reasonable selection and price. Delivery is quick and free if you prefer. Also gave me a veteran's discount 🙏
