Whoever is working this morning, Caucasian woman is the worst customer service I've ever received . She comes out from the back and just stares at me , to the point I had to ask her if she's ok as the behaviour so abnormal she definitely does not want to work here . Management do what you gota do your gona lose more customers I walked out buying nothing after how weird she interacted
Fika, Sudbury Ontario. What a time. This is the best place to get all your goodies and more! I do have to name drop Chelsy as she has been there for me since day one. Helping me get what I need in order to get through the day, and the nights, and of course the weekends. The business itself has amazing decor and is very professional looking. The wall colour is amazing and it really brings the place together. I hope one day I can make my walls look that nice. All in all will continue coming back to see my main customer service manager Chelsy for all the good stuff and more. Thanks very much!
Every time I've been to Fika, it's been an incredibly enjoyable experience. The staff are always welcoming and knowledgeable. I've also noticed how respectfully the store manager, Chelsy, treats her team — she's always greeted with smiles and the same respect she gives.
Chelsey was very helpful in helping me choose a mild product to help me sleep! Such a pleasant person, who eased my mind on a first time purchase!
