Love the Fika team so much! Hailey is increcible, I always trust her recs! Also great selection and atmosphere in Fika. I also love the flexible and great customer service all the employees, and Hailey, provide. All my wellness needs are met at an above and beyond level.
Very good quality, service, and vibes in Fika! The staff are all so friendly and knowledgeable. I've learned quite a bit from them, as well as gotten some incredible recommendations 👌. Fika Fairview Park Mall won't let you down :)

Haley has the BEST costumer service in all my experiences. I walked in the other night just a minute before closing and but she was so patient and kind and helped me through picking the right product and look through my back orders. She reassured me several times to not feel guilty or rushed and I could tell she was being genuine. I really appreciate her customer service. Thanks Haley :)
The store had a really nice atmosphere — clean, organized, and easy to browse. The staff were welcoming, and everything felt professional and relaxed. Emma was especially helpful and friendly, making the experience even better with her great customer service and positive attitude
