Paisley did my delivery for my order. She was really funny and kind and had great recommendations for my next order. I don't typically know what I'm looking to get, but I'm pretty open minded. I just get really overwhelmed by the menu because it's quite large and has great variety from what I can tell. They have a huge selection of edibles and drinks, pre rolls and flower. She doesn't sell me on it by being transactional either. She was super personable and super patient because I felt like I was asking a lot, but she left me with a lot of knowledge and curiosity and made me feel super safe and comfortable to ask without feeling dumb. I already get so much anxiety being such a novice and I get really in my head about asking questions when I'm at the store. I really appreciate her taking time out of her day to share her wealth of knowledge with me. It made my shopping experience super memorable and fun and I did not expect that from an online order/delivery. Fika, you did something right by hiring this woman! I am far more excited to place my next order now than I ever have been. Thanks Paisley!! Fika, you need to promote this girl.
Good place for flower with regular sales. The staff give me good recommendations for what I'm looking for at the time.
I have gone to several shops in my travels but this one is closest to my home and will now always be my go too. All the staff have been great but I want to give a special shout out to Jason. His knowledge and customer service is top notch. Incredibly friendly and genuinely takes the time to learn his customers orders and preferences and makes ever visit feel like you are the only person in the shop. Amazing job Jason!!!!!!
What can I say...this location is truly the best in the GTA! Honestly, it feels like I'm cheating if I go anywhere else.
Jason, Nathaniel, Olivia, and Britney are outstanding. The customer service here is remarkable, and that makes all the difference to me. They're consistently patient, incredibly friendly, and very knowledgeable—which was especially important when I was new to the dispensary space. Every question I've had has been answered with care, leaving me feeling informed and confident in my choices.
I see Jason and Nathaniel most often, and they've been incredibly helpful and honest with their recommendations. There's never any sales pressure—you feel completely at ease. They're genuine, reliable, and clearly care about helping you find what's right for you. I know I can count on them to answer any questions I have with honesty and clarity. They're a big reason I've become such a loyal customer (I've been coming here for the past 3 years).
Jason, in particular, stands out—he's detail-oriented, remembers my previous orders, and even lets me know which items are vegan-friendly without me having to ask. He truly goes above and beyond every visit. I highly recommend him for a managerial role—he has so much to offer. He's perceptive, knowledgeable, and delivers exceptional customer service.
At this point, the team feels like extended family, which is rare and says a lot about the environment they've created. This has become one of my safe spaces! Highly recommend ..
