Had an amazing experience here, I ended being a regular. Teddy and Thai were very helpful and informative when helping me out with my choices. I liked how every-time I came in they already knew what I wanted and what to recommend me, especially when something new came in. I recently moved but I will travel 40 mins just to get an experience from them !

Dufferin mall had almost everything you need but something was missing - a cannabis shop and none other than FIKA was the best choice! I've shopped at many other franchises but FIKA has demonstrated superior customer service and knowledge.
The staff is great and well trained but I was even more impressed with recommendations by the manager regarding CBD oil. As someone with MS and a constant numbing/tingling sensation in my hand, he recommended CBD oil with equal parts to THC levels as studies have shown this helps for patients with seizures and similar symptoms that I've been experiencing. I didn't know about and I learned something new to implement in my medical journey towards leading a more comfortable life.
In addition to the great experience, the shop is so clean and organized - good vibes all around. I will definitely come back here and recommend it friends and family!
Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. Special shout-out to the manager Teddy, he's the absolute best! Always looking out for customers' interest. I especially like how all members from this location will get 20% off on the products. Thanks team Dufferin!
