I was in for the first time the other day. I let the sales person know what I liked/don't like and asked for some recommendations as I wanted to try something new. The sales person proceeded to tell me that he couldn't recommend anything because everyone likes different things. I asked a couple more questions and he pointed at a whiteboard and told me to look there. Great selection from what I could see but disappointed in the lack of knowledge and service.
Never had a bad experience there! Always the same two great guys! Super chill and knowledgeable!
Xavier, Most condescending person I have ever met. If I could go back in time, I would choose to never have to deal with someone like him again. Acts like he is above all and knows more then anybody but gave me terrible recommendations and when I told him he was wrong, he told me I was the problem
Drove across city to buy stuff they claimed to have in stock on their website. They did not have anything I was looking for, and the worker said the location doesn't control their website.
Are you kidding me? Terrible service and terrible experience with your cashier.
