**'DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS***
I have faithfully been purchasing from Cariboo Buds on Birch for many years and have dealt with just the most phenomenal staff there. Recently, on a couple of occasions, I visited this location, 'Club Cannibis' by Kitchen Corner, as my regular place was low in stock. I have found the staff very aloof and unhelpful. Today (Monday April 13/2026 aprox 5 pm), we experienced a woman whose customer service was so appalling, that I will never go back. My daughter opened the door from the outside for me as she usually waits in the car. This woman so aggressively yelled at both of us, following us outside to where our car was parked. I very kindly apologized, and she continued to attack us. Unfortunately, I don't think she understands the ripple effect of bad customer service and attacking her customers, as I will be sharing this with a very large social group that I know are regular cannabis users.
I will never return to their business and will happily continue to support Cariboo Buds, and encourage others to do the same! Great customer service goes a long way!!
