My local plug! Love the staff, great selection. Community based inside and out. They ran fun activities for my niece and nephew to appreciate. Good vibes for sure.
What a cool store- awesome vibes. And Deja was great- knowledgeable and helpful. She gave us some great tips, and even took pictures for us while we were in there! I would definitely come back here!
Had a lovely experience my first time shopping at Clouded- the staff/owner was super approachable, knowledgeable and friendly. Store was clean, bright and stylish. Some other dispensaries in Hamilton have a same/same feel, dodgy vibes, or unapproachable staff. Clouded was none of these, it was a great experience! They had a product I've not seen elsewhere that I think will be perfect for me, and my favourite Collective Project products. Glad I went in on a whim, I'll be back!
Every visit to Clouded feels special. It has an airy 'Apple store' feel with its clean white lines, exposed brick and a must-see art wall. The vibe is warm and welcoming. I'm looking forward to soaking in today's purchase: Dead Sea Bath Salts infused with CBD, frankincense and Japanese mint essential oils.
Great service, very accommodating and great communication from the team. They have a good variety of products and a convenient online website for orders. I haven't had a bad experience yet.
