A terrible experience—I should have read the reviews first.
The guy who greeted me at the entrance was very friendly, but then I was helped by a bearded gremlin who was incredibly rude and didn't even seem interested in selling me what I asked for.
They probably don't even care, since there are so many reviews saying the same thing.
I would never go back.
Went in with my cousin, who was buying CBD for the first time. I was trying to help him think through what he needed, but the employee seemed impatient and said, "Are you guys done? You keep interrupting me while I'm trying to talk."
To be fair, we were discussing things between ourselves, but the tone felt rude and rushed. For a first-time customer, I expected more patience and basic guidance. Not a great experience, and I wouldn't recommend this location.
Ej (the guy in the hat) and Colby served me tonight, top tier customer service! I've come to this location many times, and it's always easy and quick with some much needed laughs!
