Very lucky to have stopped in and met the staff here!
Very kind, love how the store is laid out so you can "flow" throughout.
I appreciated her upsell to help assist with my long nails!

My experience with this store is, she (brittani) is very knowledgable about what will work for my needs and what i should avoid. I really appreciate her helping me out.
The only reason this store deserves one star is because I still got what I needed. The one lady that works there with long brown hair and pimple patches all over her face is the rudest, most passive aggressive woman I have ever met and that's truly saying something. I was trying to inquire about popular brands and products in the store, which I do at every store with no problem. She was dismissive, short, unhelpful, passive aggressive and delivered the WORST customer service I have ever experienced. I am a very kind bubbly person and I usually give people the benefit of the doubt, but she was nasty to my family who was also in there shopping. We were ready to drop $700, instead I spent $50 on a disposable and we got the rest of what we needed elsewhere. Dont buy your product here.
I must say Jada stands out with her positive bubbly personality, it was a pleasure dealing with her and gave me a reason to give the store another chance after a few not so positive experience with others!
