I purchased 122$ worth of stuff hash and two vape cartridge on 2026-06-23. I was advised by the first employee what settings to use my vape pen and use the first vape cartridge with no issues. The second leaked out and never got vape out of it and even left the cartridge inside with the leak contents all over the device and the floor as thats where I left it. ( leaked over 24 hrs Canada day because the NB Cannabis was closed ) It was on it's side and leaked.
So I enter into the store, was even polite enough to ask if I could put my drink on the counter and kept cleaning it from water that came from the air condensation. I get greeted from what she told me by the manager at some point ( maybe 2 min into talking to a male ), she first refused the return, because she claimed that to much was used out of it. I advised her that it had all leaked out. She then said she doesn't do return with defects.. I corrected her about that statement then she changed it to, " it was the wrong setting ", claiming it was set at 2.2 and not 2.4. I advised her that the guy that sold me it said I could use it at 2 to 2.4 and did and had no issues with first vape. She also claimed the return was to far back but would always change reasons. Not to mention she also though that I only purchased one vape and had to correct her a few times.
So finally she decides that she wanted to trespass claiming I was aggressive..so of coarse I waited for law enforcement and confronted them having video ev ..
95% of the time I have to go to another store I have to walk from Main Street to where the Costco is or I have to walk to Morton this this place never has anything. It's a joke.
This is the second time in three minutes you've asked me to do this but whatever. I've been there a few times in the past month and picked up a couple of ounces of Indica and a few pre rolls, my last visit was on Sunday I bought an ounce for $110
This morning, for some reason, they changed the prices, but the label still said the old price. I went to buy one ounce, and they told me it was 150, when it said 130, and it said this is the price.terrible customer serviceš¤®
I am so happy with the service and the products here! (Raylene is particularly wonderful) The CBD oil I buy here is of an excellent quality and is a really great price too. Their edibles are always potent. The selection of everything is excellent as well. Same-day delivery is easy, helpful and convenient... It's a great place!
