My discount was stolen by someone at this location on products I don't use. Was told nothing can be done. I am never returning to any location
Always have a great experience at Cannabis House Westpoint. The staff are really friendly and easy to talk to, especially if you need recommendations or want to try something new. They take the time to explain things and make the whole visit feel relaxed instead of rushed. The store is clean, well organized, and has a nice laid-back vibe. I also really appreciate that they're open until 1 AM, which makes it super convenient compared to a lot of other places. Definitely one of my go-to spots. 🌿
I walked in and saw exactly what I was looking for, looks like a good store, possibly the worst customer service I've ever seen in a weed store where. One girl working, did not ask any of the six people in the store if they needed help, simply stood there, staring at the wall while one couple was going through a book, one was discussing the menu, and the other two of us waited to be served as we knew what we wanted. Maybe generational, maybe personality, but certainly not good for business. Again, looks like a great store though!
By far the best place to go, ishpreet is is customer service at its finest Always has what you like in stock remembers all of her customers and offers the best recommendations for products!!! She brightens up my day every time I go in !! Truly amazing person !!!
