Came here twice in 1 week and both times the product I purchased was a year old.
Subpar response, I'm well aware of the ordering process from AGLC. Especially after working in the industry for 4 yrs, your staff is not pushing out the product and allowing it to sit for far too long. If this is a common issue, it falls on whoever does the ordering.
Top notch employees tonight. Jag made my night and is very wonderful and polite.
And she explains things to the trainee to th point where I can understand it and I'm not behind the counter.
This place never answer theirs phone for some reason!! It's hard to check their inventory as there is no one to answer thr phone
This is a good store and everyone is attentive and helpful. They always check if I have an account and let me know what discount can be applied based on my points. I find all the people working there to be very kind and professional.
Everytime I come here they ask me if I'm registered with them. I give them my phone number and they say "no your not". Then they proceed with the transaction.
How are you going to sign anybody up by not asking them if they want to sign up? Lol
