I started shopping here earlier this year & have had repeatedly positive service from Leslie. She is always happy & helpful. This girl knows her stuff & always makes me feel good when I leave! It's a shame this company doesn't allow the staff to accept tips. Lord knows they probably aren't paid enough to say no but it was explained to me that they can get in trouble if they accept tips. Lovely staff otherwise!
This location and store has the absolute best customer service. Austin in particular was extremely helpful, considerate and professional with me today. Sausha has provided me with consistent friendly, efficient and professional service in the past as well.
All the staff at this location are wonderful in their treatment towards me, and I have never seen them treat any other customer differently!
These folks go out of their way for their customers. Thanks again for the incredible service today and in the past!

I had a great experience at Canna Cabana Ancaster thanks to Austin. I came in looking for something new and honestly didn't know much about the product. Austin took the time to make a recommendation and came across as someone whose knowledge and opinion I could trust.
The product turned out to be exactly what I was looking for. In fact, I've been back three times since then to re-up because I liked it so much. It's always nice when staff genuinely know their products and can steer you in the right direction. Thanks, Austin, for the excellent recommendation and service!
Had to take back my review.
Had to return damaged items. Ruined my morning. Didn't even have bags for big purchases. (Why sell it then).
Then my items were all useless within 2 days use. All overpriced and recommendations are always items with issues.
Even other locations. My items here at higher prices- dont even last.
Better off at a another location (not cana cabana).
What a waste of an elite membership. Just to never go back. Even simple items are barely usable.
Dont trust their high priced items either. I threw out all my accessories within a week.
Utter trash. Never shopping at any location again.
Thank the staff for recommending garbage products that don't even work. 🙄

I had a great experience at Canna Cabana today - the store was clean, fully stocked and super welcoming thanks to their staff, especially Sasha who was so friendly and knowledgeable about the products. I came in for one thing and left with three. Highly recommend this location.
