Had a great experience at this location when visiting. The staff was friendly and kind, especially Julie who had been so helpful and awesome with finding what i needed.
I had such a great experience at Canna Cabana yesterday afternoon! My boyfriend and I just moved to Medicine Hat over the weekend, and everyone we've met so far has been incredibly kind and welcoming—and this visit was no exception.
The employee who helped me was so friendly, patient, and genuinely kind. They made the whole experience feel comfortable and welcoming, not rushed or transactional. It was really nice to be able to have an actual conversation and feel treated like a regular human being.
I ended up creating an account, and I already know I'll definitely be back again. I also really appreciated how knowledgeable they were. Since I used to work at a dispensary before moving, it was great being able to chat about cannabis, compare experiences, and learn a few new things along the way. It's always refreshing to meet someone who really knows their stuff and is open to sharing that knowledge.
Overall, amazing customer service and a great first impression. Thank you for making us feel so welcome in a new city!
