This is, without a doubt, the best cannabis store in British Columbia! They consistently have the best prices I've found anywhere in the province, along with an incredible selection of products and licensed producers.
The customer service is always outstanding, and every visit is a great experience. Everyone on the team is friendly, knowledgeable, and happy to help. I'd especially like to thank the manager, Ana Paula, as well as Leticia, Roberta, and Noella. They always go above and beyond to make customers feel welcome and help find exactly what they're looking for.
I highly recommend this store to anyone looking for great prices, an amazing selection, and truly exceptional customer service!
Probably my favorite dispensary, great selection, great prices, and super friendly staff! Beatrice and Roberta always provide amazing suggestions and service for me, never been let down by their recommendations! They usually have the best prices and a great variety of options. What really stands out though is the customer service. The staff is always friendly, attentive, and knowledgeable, and they take the time to understand what you're looking for and recommend the right option. I'm always very well taken care of by Ana, Leticia, Laura, and the whole team. Highly recommend!
I had a great experience at Canna Cabana thanks to one of their staff members Jordan. He was very respectful, knowledgeable, and took the time to clearly explain the products. You can tell he really knows what he's talking about and genuinely wants to help customers make the right choice. Excellent customer service definitely coming back!
