Sadly was very disappointed with my experience. I called first over the phone to ask if there was any 7g Tenzo octane smalls and the phone rang for a bit no problem. Called answered very polite gentleman said yes and when asked what the strain was he told me Rainbow Pie said cool I'll be there shortly. Got to the store said system was down no worries I waited until I saw people go in…even asked the security if he wanted the sign down and took it off the door and into the trash it went. Was then greeted by a darker skin gentleman I asked if they had the Rainbow Pie and before he could respond his white coworker with black pony and black beard I believe named Michael chirped in saying no we don't have it. I thought nothing of it since he wasn't the on serving me. I explained I just called and was told over the phone. This Michael person interjected no that's impossible since he has been sitting at the front infront of the phone and nobody called. I said excuse me what do I have to do show you the evidence of me calling the store on my phone to show you I'm not a liar. The person who was checking me out told me that was a different batch as they are currently doing the order and I could come back after 8 to get that strain. I said okay no worries I'll just take the last one of what you guys have. Then again this Michael character says out lound no rainbow p. Honestly if it wasn't for the rest of the staff I would never shop here again and spend more money than to ever ..
I was helped by Lilly who was very attentive, kind, and friendly. She didn't try to upsell me which was nice and i'm sure if i wanted the history on the 510 cartridges she could have easily helped me. Massive selection of 510s and flower!
Renewed elite membership, elite pricing was not applied to my elite purchase on the same transaction as it normally would be.
I asked my husband to pick up a 14mm male banger w a 45° angle and the website said there were 10 -TEN- of them in store between 2 brands (famous + valiant).. the employee said they didn't have any. Not a single one. But didn't check the system - a common issue with this location. I don't understand having so many employees that don't know how to find products they sell regularly and also refuse to look things up in the system. Please do better guys.
This store has the worst customer service in cannabis industry.
The associates have very less knowledge of market and regulations.
Gave me a pack of 10 prerolls and found out there are only 8 rolls.
For which they denied refund stating I have to deal with maufature Spinach.
I absolutely love this store! I went in yesterday and was served by a lovely lady with long blonde hair and dark glasses. Not only did I get excellent service and knowledge but I forgot some pretty important things on the counter. She ran out with that smiling all the way! Awesome store and awesome people working there!
