Great location!! The staff are friendly and helpful. They always have good deals, though they do run out of stock sometimes. The store is clean and welcoming!
I asked for a MALE bowl and when I got home and opened it I realized the lady sold me a female. Called the store and she proceeded to tell me I told her male as you can see it is NOT a male bowl but female. I will not be returning to this location. Maybe your staff should learn what they are selling.
Bud tender was extremely knowledgeable and knew the products they sell very well also. Got me exactly the price and terp level and strength I was looking for!!! Left the store satisfied and impressed. Will be back REGULARLY!

Stopped in Wednesday night before dance class. Although stock was low and they didn't have my husband and my usual choice, Maple was able to give us some popular options. She was very polite and friendly.
This was by far the worst service I have ever experienced.
The first time we visited this store, we arrived 10 minutes before closing and were not allowed to enter.
The second time, we were sold a vape cartridge that broke almost immediately, and the store refused to replace it.
On top of that, the employee who dealt with us — a dark-haired girl with glasses, working on Tuesday evening, December 9 — was extremely rude and clearly had no interest in serving customers properly.
My wife, who is 45 years old, did not have her physical ID with her that evening, only a photo. When she realized that, she stepped outside so that I, the person who did have a valid physical ID, could complete the purchase.
They still refused to sell anything to me, even after she had already left the store.
This is absolutely ridiculous.
I will never return to this store again, and I will definitely tell others to avoid it as well. There are plenty of good shops with good service in our city — no one needs to put up with this.
