Had a pleasant experience with Yasmin as the attendant the other day.
I have a few choices in dispensaries closer by and yet I tend to gravitate towards this one due to its quality in staff. If you just want to get high without the nuance of what properties each strain has and its affect on certain individuals, then BC Cannabis will do. By no means does BC Cannabis have bad staff, but often times there selection is mainstream and not all there staff is knowledgeable.
If you are looking for well informed staff that can tell you what certain strains feel like and how it may affect certain individuals then this Burb location is the place to go. There selection may not be abundant but you are surely bound to find something for your needs.
WAS a customer, till they straight up stole from me. Was double charged for a product, brought in proof, and was denied compensation of any kind. If you like being thieved from, go here. I won't be stolen from twice (the proof was a bank statement, not an opinion or story) I would review zero stars, but 1 was the lowest. *update* was contacted by store manager (Alex S), told it would be corrected, and then nothing happened. Its been over 2 months. I have a feeling this happens quite a bit. You suck, thief!!
Terrible customer service and they are quite literally ALWAYS out of product. I haven't seen them be properly stocked once since I've been there - especially for the pen cartridges.
Better off going to BC Cannabis - they have a way better selection anyways
Employees are so disrespectful. Terrible customer service would rather drive further for somewhere else. Especially the males, very rude and egotistical. Every product is defective and old, weed was completely dried out. And prices are jacked up compared to BC cannabis.
