Weird vibe in this govt-run shop. Staff seem unhappy, perhaps with each other. Whatever the reason, it's not a great customer experience.
Today I visited this branch and bought nearly $80. Unfortunately, at first the rude behavior of the staff at this branch should have discouraged me from buying, but unfortunately I continued and after going and using it, I returned to the store with the intention of returning it because it did not produce smoke. Unfortunately, not only was there no refund, there was a rude attitude. Even when I put the product(almost full) on the counter to protest the destruction of customer rights and walked towards the exit, the staff continued to mock me. I am waiting for your response. Payment documents are available.
Good service, good prices, quality weed. A website that accurately reflects their stock.
Not surprised that it's rated 3.8 lower than the other locations in East Van , or Burnaby. Low stock and unfriendly staff.
I just been there and purchased about $75 but the customer service was terrible by one of the staff there was 2 guy one of them name was Jaeo and the other person who was on the left side of cashier area and on purposely hided his name under his T-shirt collar was soooooo rude and didn't even bother to come over to help me for the question I had and from behind the cashier loudly talking to me as telling me what's your question also when I did go to him instead of he comes to me as a customer still his attitude and very unwilling to help was intolerance and it's was seems like he is getting annoyed by asking question from him and make you uncomfortable to ask further question or request this was my first and most likely last time and will never ever recommend this store to anyone very disappointing and disrespectful 👎🏻
