Terrible customer service. One of the male cashiers was extremely rude and not helpful at all.
The staff here is becoming complacent and not hiding their boredom well. Prices are.. okay.. but I've become less interested in making the effort to come to these government stores when independent stores offer so much more in terms of customer service and information to share.
Visiting the BC Cannabis Store in Vancouver was an unforgettable experience. The staff were extremely friendly, professional, and made me feel very comfortable right away. The whole atmosphere of the store felt modern and luxurious – it's not just a shop, it's an experience in itself. Since it was my first time visiting such a place, it felt very special and eye-opening. Coming from a country where cannabis is illegal, it was fascinating to see how in Canada it is treated like a normal product, available in a well-organized and elegant environment. Everything was presented beautifully, and the service was top-notch. Definitely a place worth visiting if you want to see how it's done at the highest level
Lovely consultants at this location, great customer service, shout out to Antoine ( I hope I spelled the name right) he is always happy and very helpful. Thank you to everyone at this location .
This is by far my boyfriend and I's favorite dispensary on the North Shore.
We love all of the staff at this location. They are a fun and friendly bunch.
Every staff member is knowledgeable as well as excellent at making recommendations. Many times we have been shown products that we had no idea existed and ended up purchasing and loving.
Highly recommend this place for all your cannabis needs.
