This place is so inconsistent. Its always closed, despite saying open online. They never have product. The only saving grace is the people who work here.
They need to have solid hours and actually be open for business or don't be a business at all.
Waited to be served for 10 mins in store. No one came out, and your website doesn't work

I went in here to purchase a single package of chocolate - chocolate that is advertised on their website as being $6.50. I didn't think twice about the charge and tapped my card against their machine, not checking the total. Then I saw "Approved Purchase $11.30". When I asked why it was so expensive, and suggested that was way more than this should cost, I was told "Well tax and stuff".
When I asked for a receipt, the person working the till gave me a receipt that said "$10 GC". When I asked him why I was charged for a $10 GC when it says on the website they sell the chocolate I bought for $6.50, he said "Oh, I messed up. Sorry."
Really? You "messed up" by charging me for a $10 GC when I wanted a single piece of chocolate?
Then the guy says "I can't do refunds, the till won't open".
Well, you just charged me $11.30 for a $6.50 chocolate.
The guy working there offered a "I can just give you $5 out of my own pocket because I cannot open the till". Well, if you charged me $11.30 for something that doesn't actually cost $11.30, you should be able to refund that charge...
I definitely won't be back after this exchange. Totally sketchy. Be Careful giving them your credit card information if you shop here. And watch your totals carefully. I'll be paying closer attention to mine.
