Awesome dispensary that is doing things right. Large, highly visible menu in front of you the moment you walk in. It's missing strain type so you have to ask about that specifically but otherwise it's very helpfully positioned. There are a lot of options at many price points, something for everyone is available here. Once you make your mind up and go to the counter to order, the service is fantastic. The budtender was upbeat, helpful and charming. Great job, Value Buds team!
Great store, but I came at 6pm and they were closed for a 30 min break!! Why are there not more staff onsite so they don't have to close to customers. Not a good customer experience or a good way to run a business. 10 people tried to get in while I waited for 10 min. I went somewhere else that was actually open.
My five stars are for the amazing staff who consistently provide excellent service, except for one individual. I believe he's a manager that recently joined and unfortunately, every interaction I've had with him has been the complete opposite of what good customer service should be.
He's consistently come across as annoyed and dismissive, making me feel rushed, to the point where he didn't even ask if I had an account (which I do — and had to remind him of, multiple times to which he rolled his eyes).
His attitude kind of stands out in a bad way in contrast to the welcoming and professional team.
Again, the rest of the staff is amazing and I have no complaints. They're always nice to me and the other customers around!
