Very tracist and discriminator of mental disables
Loved my experience here! The manager was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. Great customer service from start to finish. I'll definitely be back and would highly recommend this place to others.
The employee at the counter behaved in a manner that I think was racist. Since I did not have a physical ID with me, she asked me to leave the store and made dismissive hand gestures to usher me away, which I found disrespectful and inappropriate. If the manager or the owner wants more info feel free to reply and i will contact you.
I have had many incident recently with the person who claims to be manager in this store she called me names and discriminated me and told me im not welcome to value bud any more just because i have asked for price match
Staff here I find are friendly and super helpful. Value Buds needs more variety of brands, often enough things are sold out for too long ( weeks).
