Bad selection, and a limited stock.
Prices aren't great.
Workers do not care at all.
There website has been down for about a year now.
Save your money and shop elsewhere
If I could give 0 stars I would. This location used to be great. Lately every time we go they have no stock. One of the employees sits in his car in the parking lot instead of in the store during open hours. No sign on the door saying no one's there just locked. Such a disappointment. Make the drive to one plant it's worth it
Customer service drserves a 5 out 5! There staff are amazing it is just too bad every time I have gone in there lately. They have no stock and thats the owners fault for not keeping the store stocked. But definitely the staff is knowledgeable and super friendly
I'm actually really annoyed, I went out of my way tonight to grab some weed for the night, to my surprise they had very few options which on top of that you can not view the website for availability, pictures, percentage or anything. I grabbed a quarter of pre-ground which was advertised as the strongest of the options (there was 4 options) 27-33% Indica I brought it home had a toke and it was an absolute disappointment, no strength, smoked like air & at best is hydro. So I feel like I just got ripped off. Like I couldn't ask for anything worse when I go to buds for less it's a lot cheaper and WAY better quality. $37.00 for a quarter of pre-ground hydro. The funny thing is too you can not call their phone number so you physically have to go into the establishment to view anything or to make a complaint.other than Google lol. So thank you very much guys. I'd like to see what you have to say for yourselves . Even when they are closed for renovations it is.not advertised.online so you will go out of your way.for.nothing.
Updated: last two visits i was disappointed. One visit im march where James was working there was no product in store to sell, his customer service was great. The second recent visit April 6th there was no one in the store despite the business hours being 9am-10pm. I went around 10.
As great as the staff is, it doesnt make up for the lack of product and unreliable business hours. It is not fair for the staff to deal with the backlash. Safe to say I wont be returning.
Had an amazing experience going into tokyo smoke. I delt with an employee by the name of Tayler, she was very welcoming and friendly. Her knowledge in cannabis is something I find lacks in other establishments. She was so informative and helpful that I left with the expectation of shopping there again soon. Only reason I do not give a 5 star rating is because the shop was hard to find and there is no phone number (I was having difficulty finding the store). Taylor's work ethic and knowledge alone is 5 star. I live far away and visit the area often I am willing to travel that extra distance when in town just to shop here because of her. Tayler is a keeper and I wish we had someone like her in our local cannabis shop.
