Today I returned a dud 510 and was reminded multiple times that all sales are final and you are supposed to go through the supplier. I have returned duds before and never been reminded like she was doing me a favor . Then instead of exchanging she refunded and recharged me without the discount I was given yesterday so today she charged me the difference and I lose my discount.. I dont lose my cool about these things.. I wont be back there though and everyone should know if you buy a 510 and it doesnt work Toke House is not willing to exchange it. buyer beware.. the other establishments actually tell you to come back if theres a problem.
Very friendly, interactive and knowledgeable staff. If they don't have what I am looking for they always give great alternatives. My #1 go to store

I like getting my Lords Lettuce here. I just recently got some hash and a vape cartridge. Customer service is key. And when I had questions they had answers with smiles. They go above and beyond to make sure you have everything you need. Been loyal for 2 years
