First time here Teka was absolutely accomadating. He gave me many options from budget friendly, budget friendly with quality and lastly my more quality options. Even though it was closing time he was absolutely amazing and kind.
You should give me the 15% discount for making me wait until after 4 for an order I placed at 9am!
I'm new to the area and this is the closest dispensary to my place, so I decided to check it out and honestly, I loved it. Sanjna was super helpful. I used to pick buds based on THC percentage and always wondered why stronger stuff didn't hit the way I expected. She broke down terpenes in such a simple, easy-to-understand way and explained how they actually shape the overall experience. I grabbed a flower she recommended and I'm loving it. I'll definitely be coming back.
Been a frequent returning customer. Nice store, prices and selection but recent customer experiences has been extremely poor. I don't usually write reviews but this one is justified.
Had several leaking issues with the Rosebud rosin cartridge, got told by different new employees 3-4 times that they dont know "how" to process a refund and come back the next day. Eventually dealt with the following day but major waste of time going and back forth, extremely unprofessional.
Happened again today so I voiced my frustration stating how unacceptable this is. The "new employee' finally calls the boss and processes the refund. She proceeds to tell me go to another store, as she doesn't feel comfortable/safe performing another transaction due to my "attitude". Spoke normally and never raised my voice only my frustration. I ask to purchase a new vape from Brindle Farms as they have never leaked. She processes the transaction but with no happy hour discount added and says she doesn't know how to add in the happy hour discount. Then says she can't cancel the transaction as its already in the system?! Absolutely atrocious handling of a simple transaction.
Never encountered such an experience like today while trying to process a refund at a Cannabis store. Left the store with nothing after coming back to return a product, and wasted time AGAIN. Most likely will not return unless the employee issues are resolved. I'll happily go back to my previous dispensary which offers a 20% ..
