Staff is impatient and rude. You walk in the store and they're rushing you to decide before even getting the chance to look at what is available. They follow you around the store not giving you time to look or explore what they are selling. The places I was looking another staff kept getting in the way(3 times) and I was unable to even see what was in the shelves. I stopped going to this location for a long time due to the rushing. I only came here today because it was close to another store I stopped at. The staff Jada had very poor body language, tone of voice and appeared as if she was annoyed to serve me as a customer. Would not recommend going to this location if you need some time to decide what you'd like.
Had the best experience at this joint! Jas, sehaj, Bev were the most helpful and the greatest recommendation and were very accommodating. Best experience ever!
Bought a 50 dollar disposable vape, got home turns out I bought a zero-nicotine vape. Didnt even know they made those. Obviously as a vape customer i was there for a nicotine product. No heads up from the staff member. Tried calling to see if I could exchange or get my money back on the unopened product, but - same lady - told me there is nothing they can do. Offered 0 help. Too bad so sad. 50 dollars down the drain.
Never had any issues finding the right product, thanks to Jass. Friendly, knowledgeable, and patient—turned my visit around. The Joint Cannabis has solid options at fair prices, and this location is convenient. Would love to see a bit more brand/strain variety.
This is a huge store. Well maintained and very organized. The store always has the best quality products & staff. Eknoor is very knowledgeable and helpful.
