I've have gone in a few times in the last 2 months and the service was not good. The girl I got was great, but the men ( I think Tyler ) was cold and rude. Not welcoming at all. It's a shame since it's nice place with great stock.
Such a solid place the selection is always fire and everyone there is so nice and helpful and I just moved super close so I get to walk over now lol
I moved to the area and experienced a tragedy at the same time. I began walking daily and the grove became a staple stop on my walk. Every employee has always been so kind. Remembers my account name (not my public name here). Has helped me find products I like. The store is clean and bright and vibes are always immaculate. I do wish they would price match within a few km or offer discounts for Healthcare workers the way some others in the area do. I end up spending $5-$8 more than I would per product (im an infused pre-roll girlie) at other local places...but I do it more often than not because I enjoy the people.
The Grove has become our go to place, they're knowledgeable, friendly and well stocked. Very nice improvements to the store. I travel from Gatineau and I am happy to support this location. Thank-you
