Overall experience is great most of the staff is awesome had several bad experiences… first time was when I mentioned to a staff member that the Ottawa side had more variety within the same brands you guys sell and carry his reply in French was " well why don't you buy over there" in a really condescending manner when all I meant was good intentions and was simply asking a question… second thing is at 36 years old getting asked for ID from the same people who have been serving me over almost two years is getting extremely redundant and I do not ttake it as a compliment at my age I shouldn't have to provide id for something when I clearly do not look under 30 years old cause if that's the case the gentleman asking me for my id didn't look old enough to be working there *sarcasm*
