recently purchased a vape from Spirieaf Canada, and it was defective right away. When I returned to the store to request an exchange, the staff refused to help. One of the employees, who introduced himself as Preet and claimed to be the owner, was extremely rude and confrontational. Instead of providing assistance, he raised his voice, acted aggressively, and made me feel unsafe—almost as if the situation could turn physical.
This was an unacceptable experience. I went in expecting proper customer service for a faulty product, but instead I was treated with disrespect. Based on this experience, I do not feel comfortable returning and would not recommend this location.and last time nate treated me amazingly but this guy preet is not fit to work for customer service
Nate made the experience very easy and was able to answer all my questions to find me the best product for my needs. 10 otta 10 would recommend going here
Absolutely love this location. The staff are extremely friendly and knowledgeable about their products. I've always had an exceptional experience especially from Nate! Will definitely be visiting again!! ❤️
Nate and jess have me hand walking me through what I should try and what I should avoid. Phenomenal location. Wonderful service. Cant recommend enough.
