Tender was rude, decent selection of products but higher priced than other shops for the same items. Try the shop down the street for a better experience.
My girlfriend loves this place, great selection and she gets treated very good Everytime.
Fantastic Customer Support across all of their locations; with this location itself having a large variety of options for every kind of persons needs. Will definitely be going to this location again anytime I can.
The woman working at the kelowna location is not only rude but unprofessional with zero manners for customers. Getting your ALREADY PAID FOR ONLINE items from her is like being interrogated and truthfully never had such an unpleasant experience in a dispensary.
Eta: Tried curbside pickup and waited an exceptionally long time before entering the store to be met with that was probably the most disappointing part.
Myron was amazing! He was friendly, knowledgeable, and took the time to make sure I found exactly what I was looking for. He made the whole experience easy and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for him if you visit! Definitely coming back
