First time going to silverleaf and i happned to show up right at 10:00 (never checked closing time assumed it was 11) Tyler seen me and instead of the standard "we're closed" he opened the door and greeted me with a big smile ! This is the type of customer service you wish you get everywhere. Thank you so much Tyler great customer service is hard to come by. A thousand thank yous for accommodating me as i do understand the life as a budtender :)
Never seen a dispensary that takes ID so seriously, especially for how expensive it is. Save time and money elsewhere
Horrible experience. Went out of my way since it's a pain to get to the location during rush hour. Just to get turned down by a girl who's younger than me demanding for ID. Adding insult by calling me a "Babyface". Even when I bring my ID next time I rather just go somewhere else. Save your time and money.
