Came in on a hot day and didn't want to leave my dog in the car. The staff were so loving to my dog, even gave her a treat. Tamara was helping me and made my day.
Madison and Tamara (apologies if I'm spelling those incorrect), thank you for your hardwork! I always come in with roughly five or so minutes to purchase something and they manage to get me out the door with a moment to spare. The best someone could hope for at a cannabis store!

The person who was working was super aggressive and frankly rude. I was asking for a specific product and said go ahead and choose one for me. She said 'well there's a lot sold out so I can't pick one off the sign and you need to choose one.' She said it in way that was impatient and bordering on disrespectful. There was no one in the store but me so I did not appreciate her attitude and impatience. Suffice it to say, I will NEVER go back to that store. There's so many cannabis stores in Hamilton, I will go to one who gives proper service in a welcoming way. I nearly walked out with the way she was speaking to me. If you don't know what specific product you're looking for, do not go here unless you like to be treated poorly! Buyer beware!!
