My husband and I always stop here. We tried Value Buds and a couple of other dispensaries but Ronin is the one to go to. The staff are very knowledgeable and so friendly. It is the only place we go.
This dispensary is very classy, clean, and respectable. The staff are very experienced and knowledgeable. This is a great location, considering it is so close to downtown. I highly recommend this dispensary.
Big selection of Oz's, get to try something new almost every time I'm in. All the guys working have taken care of me when I have issues and always ask about my past purchases.
This place is such a dodgy establishment. I purchased a defective vape and the management have still not tried to connect with me to propose a simple solution. I continued to give them my business only for it to happen again-again with no support.
Beyond that, the employees don't even show up to open the store at 9am as their hours show. Not even able to meet a minimum standard of business, which is disappointing.
Bring your business elsewhere, there are so many better options very close!
I came to this store at 8:55pm. And I will never return ever again. Poor POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE JUST AWFUL ! Go to ValueBuds instead better prices and service
