I am bi-polar... I went there for something to help me relax and sleep at the end of the day... i told, what turned out to be the owner/manager Kirk from the first time i ever walked through the door. He was too stoned to remember. He talked on and on and on about one product after another... none of which were helpful. Long story short... this was the WORST place i've been to and all the employees know nothing about their products.
To be very honest, it's a great dispensary but your experience can either be awesome or very terrible. All comes down to who your bud tender is.
Most of the staff need to work on customer service while others are very friendly and helpful. Two of my favorites left I think as I haven't seen them in a while.
But shoutout to Harsh though! That's my main guy, remembers what everyone wants and is always happy to help.
Guy with beard and long hair needs a lesson on customer service. Other guy was chatting up a girl while a line of customers was forming. Theres better dispensaries out there. Id suggest to avoid this one.
Excellent service and very professional staff. Thanks to Victor for his polite attitude and quick help — a great experience and highly recommended.
